You can buy land which I consider off the grid. What does that mean. It means a lot more land for your dollar but the roads are logging roads which will NOT be maintained by the property owners association. Also, electric is nearby but NOT on site. Bringing in electric is costly and can at some point in time be brought into Cherry Hill Phase III by these off the grid buyers. You have terrific access using Phase I and II but phase III is not improved. By the way, all my communities offer some protections to your investment by recorded Covenants and Restrictions. We do not have zoning regulations in most of the county, hence, I created some limited Covenants and Restrictions.
